Hand Painted Valentine Heart Ornaments, Door Knob Hangers, Black and White Check, Animal Print, Beaded, Reversible Hearts

I thought I would share my painted hearts. I've painted heart ornaments in the

past too as well as Christmas ornaments in a similar style.

I love combining the patterns and colors to make them

funky and fun!

I painted both paper mache hearts and wood hearts,

adding decorative ribbon hangers and other elements.

They are all reversible, painted on both sides so they look great 

from any angle...

You can flip way they hang for a different look since they are

painted on both sides.

I hung them on my tomato cage topiary tree just

to get a visual of all of them together.

I adore decorative painting like this and have so much

fun adding all the pieces and parts to make each one unique.

If you are familiar with my work, you know I will have animal print in the mix!

This paper mache heart has hand painted leopard, black and white striped ribbon and

a pink striped painted heart surrounded by beaded fringe.

So cute hanging on a door knob or off a bed post or drawer knob.

I love this heart! Pink and gold checks heart with animal print on the

back, more animal print on front and beaded fringe...oh, and 

leopard ribbon too.

Polka dots and zebra ribbon heart?... yes please.

These hearts are lightweight paper mache but they are large,

 hanging at 8-9" including the ribbon hanger,

I'm selling most of the paper mache hearts in a set of 2 with a coordinating

wood heart ornament. The string of wooden hearts are all about 12" long

and also painted on both sides and the edges too.

What a great gift for anyone, divide the set and keep one for yourself!

Hearts look great any time of the year.

I love the wild red fringe on this polka dot heart!

I only painted a couple of the harlequin design hearts...

it's harder to paint diamonds on this rounded surface than 

you would think! 

I don't use patterns or stencils so

they all have that perfectly imperfect painterly look!

Animal print heart with leopard ribbon

I have to confess, I kept this one for myself, I love the cream

and gold checks with the zebra ribbon.

In my constant quest to take better photos, I ended up hanging

some of these on my country turned funky cabinet makeover I shared

a while back... I like the way they turned out!
